These are 91-94 DSM Solid Shifter Base Bushings. Designed to take the play you get with the OEM rubber ones out of your shifter assembly. Made out of ABS, the same stuff used in legos, these bushings offer a tight fit as well as a snap-together design. Providing extra strength where the bolt applies pressure.
